I saw your name on Automated Genealogy 1901. We go back to 1824 in New Carlisle, Que, Gaspe Coast when James m Eleanor Garrett. I cannot find out where he came from or when he was born. I live in Brockville. You have a great site and doing great stuff on AutomatedGenealogy. Keep up the good work!

Your site has helped greatly in tracing back my mother's mother (grandaughter of Moses LeRoux and Adelaide Amell) side of the family. Louis Amell (Hamel) is my great great grandfather.

My Grandmother's name is Juliette Florida Leroux. She has a brother Jacques and three sisters. They are all from Quebec & now reside in Canada & Texas. If you can tell me a little more and if maybe somehow we are related?

I love your web pages! I'm working on the Massicotte/Mexicotte family. Your great great grandparents. Hubert Leroux/Lareau and Magdaleine Mexicotte. Parents of Daniel Leroux. I'm looking for Magdaleine's mother's death. I think she might of went back to Canada with Hubert and Magdaleine. They were in Monroe Co. MI in 1850 and gone in 1860. I never thought about her going with them! Do you have any access to the cemetery records for St Andrews West old cemetery? She might be buried there. I have been trying to find the 1861 census to see if she is with them. If you have anything else on them it would help me a lot. Thank's for the great site. Mabel Reetz.
